Welcome to RegistryConnect. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.
2. Services Provided
RegistryConnect provides online tools to assist with company registration, compliance management, and related business services. We act as an interface between you and government agencies (such as ASIC).
Note: We are a private service provider and are not a government agency.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or using our services.
- You must not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. User Conduct & Safety
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium.
- Using any automated system (robots, spiders, etc.) to access the Services.
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security.
5. Fees & Payments
Some Services are provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees specified for the Services you select. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been processed or submitted to government agencies. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances or where required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegistryConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RegistryConnect and its licensors.
9. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
