Transparency on how RegistryConnect uses Artificial Intelligence, ensuring data privacy, security, and human oversight.
Last Updated: December 23, 2025
At RegistryConnect, we embrace innovation to simplify business compliance. Our Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration is designed to provide instant support, streamline document preparation, and enhance your user experience. This policy outlines our commitment to using AI responsibly, transparently, and securely.
About Regi, Our AI Assistant
Regi is the AI assistant available across our website and inside your dashboard. It helps you navigate our services, understand business registration and compliance topics, and draft preliminary information — quickly and in plain language.
- What powers it: Regi uses a trusted third-party large language model under commercial terms that prohibit the provider from using your data to train their models.
- It can make mistakes:Regi can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important details, and never rely on it as a substitute for professional advice (see Accuracy & Limitations and Prohibited Advice below).
- Your conversations: When you are signed in, your chats are saved to your profile so you can pick them up later — and you can review or permanently delete them at any time from Dashboard → Chat with Regi. If you use Regi as a guest, your conversation stays on your device only.
- Fair-use limits: To keep Regi available and secure for everyone, usage is subject to reasonable limits. If you reach a limit, contact our team to continue.
Our Approach to AI
We utilize AI technologies to assist users in navigating complex regulatory requirements. Our AI tools are programmed to assist with:
- Information Retrieval: Quickly finding relevant ASIC guides and regulatory information.
- Drafting Assistance: Generating preliminary drafts of meeting minutes and resolutions based on user inputs.
- Compliance Alerts: Proactively notifying users of upcoming deadlines based on pattern recognition.

Data Privacy & Training
Your trust is paramount. We adhere to strict data privacy standards regarding AI training:
- No User Data Training: We do not use your specific company data or personal information to train our public AI models.
- Data Isolation: Your data is processed in secure, isolated environments to generate responses and is not shared with other users.
- Third-Party Models: Where we utilize third-party LLMs (Large Language Models), we do so via enterprise agreements that explicitly prohibit the provider from using our data for model training.
Data Retention
Interaction data with our AI assistant is retained for a limited period to ensure service quality and allow for audit trails.
- Chat Logs: Chat history is stored securely and is accessible only to you and authorized support staff (upon your request).
- Deletion: You can request the deletion of your AI interaction history at any time by contacting support.
Accuracy & Limitations
While we strive for high accuracy, AI technology can occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information ("hallucinations").
Warning: AI-generated content should be verified before taking legal or financial action. RegistryConnect does not accept liability for errors in AI-generated suggestions that are not reviewed by a professional.
Prohibited Advice
Our AI is strictly prohibited from providing advice in regulated areas. It is programmed to decline requests for:
- Legal Advice: Interpretation of the law for specific legal cases.
- Financial Advice: Investment recommendations or tax planning strategies.
If you require such advice, please consult a qualified solicitor or accountant.
User Conduct & Safety
Users must not attempt to manipulate the AI to generate harmful, illegal, or unethical content ("jailbreaking"). We monitor for abusive behavior and reserve the right to suspend AI access for users who violate these terms.
Human Oversight
We believe in the "human-in-the-loop" approach.
- Critical documents generated by AI should be reviewed by you or your professional advisor.
- If you believe the AI has made a mistake, you can report it immediately to our support team for review.
