Email Policy
Last Updated: December 23, 2025
We value your inbox. This policy outlines how RegistryConnect uses email to communicate with our users, our commitment to anti-spam regulations, and how we protect your email address.
Zero Spam Tolerance
We strictly adhere to the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We do not buy, sell, or rent email lists. You will only receive marketing emails from us if you have explicitly consented.
Communication Types
We send the following types of emails:
- Transactional EmailsMandatory emails related to your account and services, such as order confirmations, ASIC registration documents, invoices, and password resets.
- Compliance RemindersCritical notifications about annual review dates, renewal notices, and regulatory changes affecting your company.
- Marketing (Optional)Updates, newsletters, and special offers. You must opt-in to receive these, and you can opt-out at any time.
Unsubscribing
We make it easy to manage your preferences:
Marketing Emails
Every marketing email contains a clear "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Clicking this will instantly remove you from our marketing list. You can also unsubscribe manually here.
Transactional Emails
You cannot opt-out of transactional emails (such as invoices or ASIC documents) as they are necessary for the provision of our services.
Email Security
We use industry-standard authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to verify our identity and protect you from phishing attempts. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from RegistryConnect, please do not click any links and forward it to info@registryconnect.com.au.
